    About Black Cat Syndicate Ltd

    Black Cat Syndicate Ltd (ASX: BC8) is a multi-asset gold producer with two operating mines in Western Australia: the Paulsens Gold Operation in the Pilbara region and the Kal East Gold Operation near Kalgoorlie, which includes the Lakewood processing facility acquired in 2025.

    The company is also advancing a third project, the high-grade Coyote Gold Operation in the Western Tanami region, along with the Mt Clement Antimony project. Black Cat originally listed on the ASX in 2018 focused on the Bulong goldfield, before acquiring Paulsens and Coyote from Northern Star Resources in 2022 to become a multi-asset producer.

She has been in executing multiple ASX IPOs and international listings, including AIM (London) and OTC (US). Amber has held a range of senior finance and executive roles, providing strategic leadership across foreign entities in the USA, Germany, Canada, and Asia.
