About Accent Group Ltd
Accent Group Ltd (ASX: AX1) is a footwear and clothing retailer, wholesaler, and distributor. It owns and operates more than 750 retail stores across Australia and New Zealand and has exclusive distribution rights for an extensive portfolio of original and international brands.
The group's brand names include The Athlete's Foot and Saucony, which sell athletic footwear and general sportswear. The company distributes the Vans, Timberland, and Sketchers brands, covering everyday and lifestyle footwear. It also operates around 40 online platforms.
Accent Group generates most of its revenue in Australia. Like many retailers, the company suffered a significant drop in profits during the COVID period.
