The trust owns a portfolio of 260 long day care centres for children aged under five in Australia. It also owns 11 healthcare centres. The childcare centres represent 89% of its portfolio by value. Around one-third of Arena's properties are in Queensland although all Australian states are represented as well as the Northern Territory.
