About Amotiv Ltd
Amotiv Limited (ASX: AOV), formerly GUD Holdings Limited, is Australia and New Zealand's largest pure-play automotive aftermarket parts wholesaler and manufacturer.
The company distributes automotive spare parts under a stable of brand names, including Ryco, Wesfil, and Narva, across three segments: 4WD Accessories & Trailering, Lighting, Power & Electrical, and Powertrain & Undercar.
Amotiv divested its water products business, Davey, in 2023 to focus exclusively on the automotive aftermarket, and rebranded from GUD Holdings to Amotiv in June 2024 to reflect this shift.
