He was a member of the Victorian State Council of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and for a number of years until 2015 its President and a member of the Institute's national board. He was until July 2017 a director of The Conversation Media Group Limited. He was formerly a director of ING Australia Holdings Limited and Chairman of its Audit and Risk Management Committees. He was previously a director of ETF Securities Limited prior to the sale of its European and U.S. businesses in April 2018. |
Mr Graham Tuckwell | Non-Executive Director | Dec 2014 | Mr Tuckwell is the Founder and Executive Chairman of ETF Securities. He launched the world's first physically-backed gold ETC, GOLD, in 2003 and went on to establish and grow ETF Securities in Australia, the UK and the US. After basing himself in the UK for many years to lead the international businesses, Graham returned to Australia in 2020 and has recently stepped up to play a more active role in defining the strategic direction of the firm. |
