Ms Smith-Gander was appointed as Non-Executive Director of DDH1 on 8 October 2019 and was appointed as Chair of DDH1 on 9 March 2021. Diane Smith-Gander AO has Australian and international experience in banking and finance, technology, and strategic and management consulting. Diane is also the Chair of Zip Co Limited (ASX:ZIP), the Committee for Economic Development of Australia and HBF Health Limited. Diane has previously Chaired listed contractor Broadspectrum and served on the Wesfarmers (ASX:WES) Board for more than a decade. She is also a past Director of co-operative CBH and the privately held North Queensland Airports.

Ms Hall is an experienced non-executive director and currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of several listed and non-listed entities, including Evolution Mining, the AFL Fremantle Dockers, Pioneer Credit, and the Insurance Commission of Western Australia.

Ms Sutton brings over 20 years of operational, technical and corporate experience within the mining industry. Andreas prior roles include Non-Executive Director of Energy Resources of Australia and Managing Director and Chief Executive of Energy Resources of Australia. Within Rio Tinto, Andrea has been the Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Security, Managing Director with the Support Strategy Review team, General Manager Operations at the Bengalla mine, and General Manager Infrastructure within Rio Tintos Iron Ore business. Andrea is a board member of the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO), and a NonExecutive Director of Red 5 Limited (ASX:RED), Iluka Resources Limited (ASX:ILU), and Commonwealth company Australian Naval Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ANI).

Mr Longstaff has experience in finance, strategy formulation, acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity capital markets, and investor engagement amongst asset-intensive industrial companies. Mr Longstaff started his career in the audit division of Price Waterhouse. He then had a 25- year career in investment banking. He is the Chair of Safety and Sustainability Committee.

Mr Norwell was appointed as the Managing Director & CEO of Perenti in September 2018. Mark has more than 20 years' experience in the mining industry throughout Australia, New Zealand, Africa and the Americas.

Ms Atkins is a non-executive director of Strandline Resources Limited, Aquirian Limited and a former director of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and International Women in Mining (London). She has over 25 years' multi-disciplinary, multi-commodity experience through the full mining value chain across Australia and PNG in roles that find, design, run and regulate mines. She is a member of Safety and Sustainability Committee.

Mr Laslett is a Civil Engineer with nearly 40 years of engineering, project management and executive experience across publicly listed mining services and infrastructure companies, including a role as the Managing Director of Leighton Contractors, a subsidiary of the Leighton Holdings Group. Mr Laslett is currently the Managing Director and Co-Owner of Leed Engineering & Construction Pty Ltd, a privately owned civil infrastructure contractor. He is the member of Safety and Sustainability Committee.
