Mr Fisher has 30 years' experience as ASX-listed company director and former chief executive. He is Chairman of Cettire Limited (ASX:CTT) and was previously Chairman of Breville Group Limited (ASX:BRG), The Reject Shop Limited (ASX:TRS) and Laybuy Group Holdings Limited (ASX:LBY). Mr Fisher spent 25 years as Managing Director of the Voyager Group of Companies.

Mr Kingwill has a background in horticulture, international soft commodity marketing and water investment and trading. Guy has previously served as Managing Director of Tandou Limited, on the Board of Agriculture Capital Management (Australia) Pty Ltd and as a Non-Executive Director of Lower Murray Water Urban and Rural Water Corporation and Tasmanian Irrigation Pty Ltd. He is a current member of the Risk Committee.

Mr Dillon has commercial and strategic expertise in the agricultural sector and relevant distribution channels. He was previously the Deputy Chair of Lifeline Australia. Travis previously served as CEO and Managing Director of Ruralco Holdings Limited until its acquisition by Nutrien in September 2019. Prior to becoming Ruralco's Managing Director in 2015, he was the Executive General Manager of Ruralco's Operations. Over a career in Agriservices, spanning nearly three decades, Travis has held many positions including Branch Manager, Agronomist and numerous Category Manager roles. He is a current member of the Sustainability Committee.

Mr Somerville was previously a partner of KPMG for nearly 14 years specializing in external audit and advising Australian and international clients, both listed and unlisted primarily in the financial services market, in relation to business, finance risk and governance issues. She is Chair of the Risk Committee and a current member of the Sustainability Committee.

Mr Heerwaarden has over 30 years of experience in agribusiness including soft commodity cycle risk management and managing integrated supply chains from farm through to processing and distribution into industrial and consumer channels, both domestically and internationally. He has previously held roles with Cargill and Ridley AgriProducts and Bega Group. Paul is a Director of Dairy Australia Ltd and a Senior Advisor for GNG Partners. He is a current member of the Risk Committee.

Mr Zabel is a specialist in customer centered business transformation, brand strategy, innovation, digital communications, customer experience and change leadership. She has 20 years of experience working across major companies and brands in FMCG, food, technology and communications industries including multinationals, ASX 100 and not-for-profits. Her previous roles include National Marketing Director Lion, VP Marketing for McDonalds's Australia and CEO and Board Director of The Advertising Council of Australia. She is Chair of the Sustainability Committee.

Ms Hermanson is a senior agribusiness executive with more than 25 years of global experience across agricultural processing, manufacturing, FMCG and institutional investment management. She joins Select Harvests from Nuveen Natural Capital, where she was Head of APAC & Africa and led a portfolio of approximately A$3 billion in assets under management across 74 agricultural properties in Australia, Asia-Pacific and Africa, including almonds, macadamias and viticulture. Prior to Nuveen, Ms Hermanson held senior leadership roles at FMC Corporation, where she was Managing Director for ANZ and ASEAN; at Coca-Cola Amatil, where she led enterprise-wide transformation, and at Archer Daniels Midland, where she spent close to a decade in profit-and-loss leadership, mergers and acquisitions and integration roles across Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific. She currently serves as a director of the Australian Farm Institute and recently as a non-executive director of Marquis Macadamias.
