Mr Turnbull is a chair and professional non-executive director of publicly listed unlisted and technology companies in the scale up phase. Sector experience spans technology commercialization, artificial intelligence, oil and gas, mining, and industrial manufacturing. Peter has over 25 years successful senior executive and corporate legal experience with some of Australia's listed and unlisted public companies, including Newcrest Mining, BTR Nylex and Energex. Peter also has corporate regulatory and government policy experience gained through working with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Hong Kong Securities & Futures Commission. He is also a member of the Risk Management Committee and Sustainability Committee.

Ms Fisher is Managing Director and CEO of Bio Capital Impact Fund (BCIF). Prior to establishing BCIF, Helen was a partner of Deloitte for over 10 years and led Deloitte's Life Sciences industry practice in Australia for five years, having had many years of experience in the Life Sciences and Health Care industry. She also specialized in Financial Services, servicing some of the Australian banks and funds and has been involved in setting up several international funds, as well as advised on several M&A deals. Helen provided strategic advice to publicly listed multinational companies and has experience with capital raisings, licensing deals, demergers, implementing offshore expansions, IP management and location, and supply chain management. She is Chair of the Risk Management Committee and member of the Sustainability Committee.

Lance O'Neill is a Director of DFB (Australia) Pty Ltd, a Sydney based investment advisory business, and has worked in institutional equity, fixed income sales/trading and corporate finance in international securities and investment markets for over thirty years predominantly in Australia, UK and USA. He is the chair of MediaZest Plc and EP&F Capital Plc and in addition is and has been a director of, and investor in, a number of private and public companies in Australia, UK, and the USA.

Dr Sceats has previously worked at the James Franck Institute at the University of Chicago, and a Research Associate, and as an Assistant Professor of the University of Rochester NY, USA, where he was awarded the Alfred P Sloan Fellowship for his work. Later he was employed by the University of Sydney as a Reader in the School of Chemistry for his research work on chemical reaction kinetics and led the Australian Photonics CRC from 1991-2004. Mark has published more than 165 academic papers in physical chemistry and is an inventor of 55 patented inventions. He is also member of the Technology Committee.

Dr Hodgson has a technical and commercial background from a career with Shell, where for over 14 years he developed depth of experience across all sectors of the downstream oil industry, including refining and supply, marketing and sales, pricing strategy, risk management, corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. From 2007 to 2013, Phil ran his own consultancy, providing project development, commercial, M&A, and management expertise to several sectors, including LNG, biofuel, clean coal, geothermal energy, building products, logistics and fast-moving consumer goods. He is also member of Technology Committee.

Dr Ryan brings global engineering and commercial experience, encompassing private equity, investment management, energy sector operations, marketing, research, and team management. With a particular emphasis on innovation and technology enabled solutions,. Dr Ryan is currently a non-executive director of Viva Energy Group Limited (ASX:VEA), Aurizon Holdings Limited (ASX:AZJ), Transurban Group (ASX:TCL) and the Future Battery Industries Cooperative Research Centre. Until recently, Dr Ryan was a non-executive director of Oz Minerals Limited (ASX:OZL) and Woodside Energy Group Limited (ASX:WDS). Dr Ryan is also a Strategic Advisory Panel Member of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Green Electrochemical Transformation of Carbon Dioxide and Chair of the Energy Forum for the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering.

Mr Dixon has 25 years of experience across the legal, investment banking and funds management sectors, Mr Dixon brings expertise across corporate strategy, investment management, corporate advisory (including equity capital markets) and legal governance issues to the Calix board. Mr Dixon is currently Chief Strategy Officer for HPX Group (which provides legal, compliance, governance and workplace services to a diverse range of clients across Australia and New Zealand), and is a non-executive director at Johns Lyng Group Limited (ASX:JLG). Mr Dixons investment banking and legal experience includes private legal practice experience at Mallesons Stephen Jacques in Sydney and Linklaters in London, as well as over nine years executive experience at MA Financial Group (ASX:MAF) initially as an investment banker and ultimately as the groups General Counsel. Mr Dixon also spent time earlier in his career at Macquarie Group Limited (ASX:MQG) in various roles across corporate strategy, investment management and corporate advisory.
