3 ASX 300 shares going gangbusters on stellar earnings results

These ASX 300 shares are well into the green today amid their full-year reports.

S&P/ASX 300 Index (ASX: XKO) shares are rising 0.59% to 7,121.5 points as earnings season continues.

These ASX 300 shares are among the companies flying high today due to strong full-year reports.

Let's review.

EBOS Group Ltd (ASX: EBO)

The EBOS share price is up 8.9% to $34.25 after the pharmaceutical wholesaler and distributor revealed a 23% profit jump in its full-year FY23 results.

EBOS reported underlying net profit after tax (NPAT) of $281.8 million (up 23% on FY22) and underlying earnings per share (EPS) of 147.9 cents (up 14.1%).

The company declared a final dividend of 57 NZ cents per share, bringing full-year dividends to 110 NZ cents per share (up 14.6%).

EBOS said its results were underpinned by organic growth and a "substantial contribution from prior year acquisitions".

The ASX 300 share is down 17.2% in the year to date.

Hansen Technologies Limited (ASX: HSN)

This ASX 300 tech share is up 8.4% to $5.86 after the company announced record operating revenue in its full-year FY23 report.

Hansen provides customer management software to energy, utilities, and telecommunications businesses.

Its operating revenue increased 5.2% to $311.8 million, and its net profit rose 2.1% to $42.8 million.

The company has raised its FY24 organic revenue growth guidance target to 5% to 7%.

Hansen expects its underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) margin to remain above 30% in FY24.

The board declared a final dividend of 5 cents per share, partially franked.

The ASX 300 share is up 13.8% in the year to date.

Worley Ltd (ASX: WOR)

The Worley share price is up 4.1% to $18.09 after the engineering services company announced a 21% boost to aggregated revenue in its full-year FY23 results.

Revenue came in at $10,928 million while underlying net profit after tax and amortisation (NPATA) rose 6% to $348 million.

A final dividend of 25 cents per share was declared.

The ASX 300 share is up 20.8% in the year to date.
