Mr Stockdale has legal, Government, investment banking and other business experience. He was Victorian Treasurer and was the Minister for IT and Multimedia. He is Chairman of Knosys Limited and Chairman of the Medical Research Commercialisation Fund. He has been Chairman or a Director of several other listed companies, unlisted companies and voluntary organisations.

Mr Jesudason has over 30 years of business and executive experience. He was previously the Managing Director of Gaming and Group Marketing at Tabcorp Holdings Limited for 10 years. He also worked 9 years at Telecom New Zealand which included the position of Managing Director at Telecom Mobile. He also worked at National Mutual/AXA for 16 years where he served in a variety of roles from Graduate trainee to senior executive. He was a past director of the Advisory Board of Enterprise Victoria, the Melbourne Football Club and Racing Victoria Limited where he was also a Member of the Racing Integrity Council.

Mr Johnston was previously the CFO at Tabcorp Holdings Limited. He previously held several senior financial roles at BHP Group Limited. He has governance experience through his involvement on the Tabcorp Holdings Limited Board and related committees. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions at Tabcorp Holdings Limited and BHP Group Limited. He is Chair of the Risk Committee.

Mr Stewart has 25 years of experience in merger and acquisition advisory roles and has been CEO of a start up with 50 employees. He held senior roles at Gresham Partners, Lazard, JPMorgan and Thomas Weisel Partners and has strong networks in business, venture capital, finance, law and politics. He is a director of Sovereign Investments and Gander Retail Holdings Pty Ltd. He is member of the Risk Committee.

Ms O'Sullivan spent more than fifteen years at Tabcorp Holdings Limited, including as General Manager Sales and Distribution in the Gaming Division, where she held P&L responsibility for an annual PBIT of A$275 million. Kate has held State and National roles at Tabcorp Holdings Limited in the gambling and wagering industry. Kate also has a background in agriculture, . Kate is the Managing Director of a consulting organisation (Portishead Pty Ltd) in executive coaching for women in the corporate sector. Kate is the Chairperson at the Prahran Market Pty Ltd, Vice President of the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (Melbourne Royal) and Board Director at the Moonee Valley Racing Club, Essendon Football Club, Marcus Oldham Agriculture College, Pancare Foundation and Melbourne Girls Grammar Foundation Trust.
