Mr Meehan has over 30 years of experience in real estate investment. Prior to establishing Winton, he founded the Belle Property real estate franchise in Australia and grew this business to more than 20 offices across Australia and New Zealand, prior to its sale to private equity interests in 2009.

Mr Joyce has more than 30 years of leadership experience across a unique mix of commercial and government roles, working in governance and executive positions. During his time in the New Zealand government, he served as a senior economic minister, holding the portfolios of Finance, Economic Development, Science and Innovation, Transport, ICT and Tertiary Education, Skills and Employment.

Mr Cook is responsible for leading and executing Wintons retirement strategy. Prior to joining Winton, he spent the previous 11 years at Summerset Group, including 7 years as CEO. Prior to 2010, he was an Associate Director with Macquarie Group for over 12 years. He is currently Chairman of Sky City Entertainment Group and a director of WEL Networks and Deakin Topco Pty Limited.

Ms Meehan is a founding principal of Winton, and has over 20 years of corporate, property and treasury experience. She was a Senior Product Manager for the Danish brewery Carlsberg, in Copenhagen, from 1995 to 2001. She competed at three Olympic Games as a member of the Danish Sailing Team.

Mr Tupuhi has over 30 years of experience, including in health and justice related fields. He has held senior positions in Oranga Tamariki, Corrections, Health Waikato, Hauora Waikato and Te Runanga o Kirikiriroa and has governance experience representing Ngati Paoa, Hauraki and iwi Maori. He is currently the Deputy Chair of the Hauraki Primary Health Organisation Trust, as well as trustee or representative for various other entities.

Mr Kemp is a Senior Managing Director in Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) and is Head of Real Estate, Asia Pacific. He has over 17 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking across Asia Pacific. He is Chair of the Investment Committee for MAMs opportunistic fund series and has been a director of a number of other real estate companies. He is currently also a director of the Japan and China logistics developer and fund manager, Unified Industrial, Australian built to rent platform, Local, and Macquaries Australian land lease communities platform.

Mr Fergusson is an experienced corporate finance and capital markets professional. His investment banking experience spans 28 years. He is a founding partner at Centennial Partners, an independent corporate finance advisory firm based in Sydney. Previous experience includes 14 years at Grant Samuel, Deutsche Bank and UBS, working across all aspects of corporate finance and Coopers & Lybrand. He has boardroom experience both in a corporate finance advisory capacity and as a director, and is currently a non executive director at the Australian Wildlife Conservancy.

Mr Philips is an Associate Director in the Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) Real Estate Team. He has over 10 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, with a specialist focus on the residential sectors. He is currently also a director of Local Residential, an Australian build to rent business. He has been appointed to the Board of Winton as an alternate director to James Kemp and is similarly a representative of TC Akarua 2 Pty Limited.
