Terry has held many executive positions, including Director of Intelligence, Commander Naval Forces Europe and Commander-in-Chief NATO AFSOUTH; Director, Defense Intelligence Resource Management Office (manager of the General Defence Intelligence Program); Director, Naval Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis at the Office of Naval Intelligence; special assistant to the Associate Director of Central Intelligence for Military Support and the Chief of Staff for the Director Military Intelligence Staff.

Mr. Porcelli is an advocate for technology-driven efficiency, regularly engaging with investors, boards, and policymakers on the role of AI in shaping the future of business.

Mr King is a strategic, agile and leader with transformation, commercial and communications leadership experience. Melissa has advised Boards and Government Agencies on strategy, governance and fundraising, and mentors emerging leaders. Melissa's experience in executive leadership spans associations, sport, corporate, government and for purpose sectors with organizations including Australian Veterinary Association, FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup, Surf Life Saving Australia, Sydney Opera House, Department of Prime Minister & Cabinet - APEC Australia 2007 Taskforce and the Governance Institute. Melissa's interest in cyber risk is linked to the importance data protection and of implementing measures to mitigate risk and protect organizations and their members/customers.

Mr Hibbeln is an Executive technologist and innovator, with three decades across the Department of Defense and the US Intelligence Community, driving innovation, advanced technologies, partnerships and funding. He is currently a venture partner for SineWave Ventures, LLC, an early-stage venture capital firm dedicated to accelerating technologies across the Fortune 500 and public sector ecosystems; a senior fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, a U.S. based premier think tank for technology policy; a senior advisor for Blackstone Private Equity. Prior to entering the private sector, Brian served over three decades in the U.S. Defence Department and Intelligence Community, championing novel uses of commercial systems, sensors and platforms.

Mr Vizza has over 25 years of experience spanning information security, privacy, technology risk, and AI governance. He brings a combination of technical experience, legal acumen, and board-level governance experience. He is the Managing Partner and Founder of Novera, an advisory firm delivering cybersecurity, privacy, AI risk, and digital governance services across Australia. Novera has an existing Memorandum of Understanding with WhiteHawk for collaboration in the Australian and Asia-Pacific cybersecurity markets. His governance experience includes service as a Non-Executive Director of the Australian Information Security Association (AISA), representing over 13,000 cybersecurity professionals across the country. He is a current member of the Executive Committee of the Australian Superannuation Funds Association (ASFA) Superannuation Cyber and Financial Crime Coordination (SC3) Framework, and of the Cybersecurity Committee of the Australian Bar Association. He has served as a Cyber Security Ambassador for the NSW Government since 2019. Prior to founding Novera, Mr Vizza was a Partner at KordaMentha. Before that, he served as Director of Advocacy for ISC2, the association of certified cybersecurity professionals, leading the Asia-Pacific advocacy function from Hong Kong. Mr Vizza is a court-appointed independent with experience in formal legal proceedings across Australian Commonwealth and State jurisdictions, encompassing data breach litigation, privacy disputes, electronic fraud, and complex technology matters.
