Dr White has been a director and/or CEO of several publicly listed and private Australian companies. Dr White is formerly the Chairman of the Federal Government's Uranium Industry Framework Council, a member of the Federal Government's Defence Procurement Board and Director of the DefenceSA Advisory Board. Dr White had involvement with Woodside's North-West Shelf Offshore Gas and LNG Development from 1978 to 1984, and then participated in the RAN Collins Class Submarine Project tender as Project Director for the Australian-German owned AMEC proposal. Dr White was CEO of Transfield Defence Systems Pty Ltd from 1988 to 1996 and then Global Chief Executive of the recycling/packaging group, Visy Industries. He is currently Chairman of Regenerative Australian Farmers Pty Ltd and Birdon Pty Ltd.

Mr Hall is a former electrician who founded Kalgoorlie Power Systems (KPS) in 1981. KPS was subsequently sold to Pacific Energy Ltd, an ASX-listed company in 2009 and became its mainstay business in contract power generation. Ken has been involved in the mining industry for over 50 years and the contract power generation business for almost 40 years.

Mr Baker has family interest with the Wickepin Project for over 15 years. Mr Baker currently works within school leadership. Prior to this, he has been involved in facilitating sports development programs to engage youth for Cricket Australia and the AFL. These roles involved training university staff in India to roll-out the program in other countries.

Mr Baker has an engineering background with more than 40 years' experience in process technology and is co-founder of WA Kaolin. He is a businessman, authoring several patents and designs during his career. Since 1996, Mr Baker has founded and directed a number of companies, including EMC Pacific Aust Pty Ltd (EMCPA), Australia's only manufacturer of power distribution insulators; and Pacific Polymers, a mineral treatment plant operating in Dandenong, Victoria, using patented technology. Mr Baker was Managing Director of the PQ Australia (PQA) from 1976 to 1996, which he co-founded with his brother. PQA produces the inorganic chemical, Sodium Silicate, in both glass and liquid form, and the patented valuable downstream product 'Q-Cel' hollow microspheres.

Mr Sorensen joined the Company in 2006 and has over 30 years' experience in operations management across a range of industries. Mr Sorensen has held various senior leadership positions, including General Manager (Derrimut) at CMTP Pty Ltd, Vice President and General Manager (Asia Pacific) for Potters Industries Inc. and Manufacturing Manager for PQ Australia Pty Aust Ltd. In his most recent role, Mr Sorensen was responsible for overseeing the operation and continuous improvement of CMTP's Derrimut plant. He also had responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Environment, IT, Procurement and Knowledge Management.

Mr Hu is the CEO of Stanco. He has accounting/audit, finance and corporate governance experience through his previous careers in the banking industry and KPMG USA and Switzerland.
