Ms Lynch is a Non-Executive Director and legally qualified executive with governance, regulatory, and commercial experience across the technology, financial services, logistics, FMCG and telecommunications sectors. She currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel (Regulatory) at PEXA and is a Non-Executive Director of Fiducian Financial Services Superannuation, where she is a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. Ms Lynchs previous roles include a series of senior legal and commercial roles at ANZ Banking Group Limited, Connetico and Colt Technology Services (London).

Mr Shackleton is an ASX-listed company executive and director, having served on the boards of Australian Wine Holdings Ltd (ASX: AWL), Mount Magnet South NL (ASX: MUM), Arunta Resources Limited (ASX: AJR), Bannerman Resources Limited (ASX: BMN), Canyon Resources Limited (ASX: CAY) and APC Minerals Limited (ASX: APC). He has held senior financial roles with DRCM Global Investors (London), Advance Funds Management (Westpac), and Skywest Airlines Ltd.

Mr Baker has family interest with the Wickepin Project for over 15 years. Mr Baker currently works within school leadership. Prior to this, he has been involved in facilitating sports development programs to engage youth for Cricket Australia and the AFL. These roles involved training university staff in India to roll-out the program in other countries.

Mr Baker has an engineering background with more than 40 years' experience in process technology and is co-founder of WA Kaolin. He is an experienced businessman, authoring several patents and designs during his career. Since 1996, Mr Baker has founded and directed a number of companies, including EMC Pacific Aust Pty Ltd (EMCPA), Australia's manufacturer of power distribution insulators. EMCPA has formed a joint venture to commence manufacture of its products in USA, commencing April 2020; Pacific Polymers, a mineral treatment plant operating in Dandenong, Victoria, using patented technology. Mr Baker was Managing Director of the PQ Australia (PQA) from 1976 to 1996, which he co-founded with his brother. PQA produces the inorganic chemical, Sodium Silicate, in both glass and liquid form, and the patented downstream product 'Q-Cel' hollow microspheres. In all cases, innovation, hands on determination and training of younger executives have led to success and low-cost producer status. Mr Baker is also charged with the overall responsibility, as project director, of the Company's Wickepin mine development.

Mr Sorensen is a foundation member of the WA Kaolin team, having joined the Company in 2006. Mr Sorensen brings sales, commercial and marketing experience to the Board, having previously held the
role of CEO, and currently serving as the Company;s Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining WA Kaolin, Mr Sorensen held senior leadership positions across a broad range of industries,
including General Manager at CMTP Pty Ltd Derrimut, Vice President / General Manager (Asia Pacific) for
Potters Industries Inc., and Manufacturing Manager for PQ Australia Pty Ltd.
