    Ventia Services Group Ltd (ASX: VNT) is a leading infrastructure maintenance services provider in Australia and New Zealand. Its capabilities span the full asset lifecycle including operations and maintenance, facilities management, minor capital works, environmental services, and other solutions. Its workforce of some 35,000 people covers a broad range of industries, including defence, social infrastructure, water, electricity and gas, environmental services resources, telecommunications, and transport.

    Its business model relies on a large contract worker base supplementing specialist employees. Ventia provides services to many long-term clients in both the public and private sectors. Its contracts also tend to be long term with an average five-year duration, with most containing some form of embedded price escalation.

    Ventia Services Group is dual-listed on the New Zealand Exchange (NZX).
