Following the deregulation of the telecommunications industry, Mr Huang sought the opportunity to resell voice products in Australia and in 1999 he decided to transform the Company from a technology oriented ISP to a marketing and innovation-oriented player in the prepaid calling card sector. He has steered TPC Consolidated Limited (formerly Tel.Pacific Limited) from a start-up company to a public company which was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2007.
