He has held executive and non-executive positions, focusing on project and people management, native title negotiations, project due diligence, and acquisitions. He also has a portfolio of family-held mineral and precious metals projects that are flagship assets in several ASX listed companies.

Ms McGuire is an experienced corporate executive and company director, with over 15 years' experience at board and senior management level. She has served as a non-executive chair and director, general counsel for ASX listed companies, and practiced law in top-tier private firms. He has led strategy and corporate development for small and large organisations, focusing on growth, funding, corporate transformation, and next generation assets and technology.
