Karen was previously the founding Managing Director of Twitter Australia, and held several leadership roles at Google Australia, including as Managing Director, New Products and Solutions APAC, and at Vodafone Australia. Karen was also previously a Director of Netball Australia. Karen has experience in information technology, digital innovation, media and communications, marketing and customer experience. She is a Member of Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Committee.

Mr McLachlan was previously the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Football League (AFL) for a decade. He held various other management roles during his 20-year career at the AFL. Gillon has experience in managing complex stakeholder environments and government relations. He has a record and knowledge and understanding of wagering, sport, racing and negotiating broadcast rights. He also has racing knowledge as a thoroughbred owner and breeder.
