Sovereign Metals Ltd. is an exploration company, which engages in the explorations of graphite, copper and gold resources. It operates through the Queensland, Australia and Malawi geographical segments. The Queensland, Australia segment covers the Tate River Project and the Carpentaria Joint Venture. The Malawi segment includes the Central Malawi Graphite Project. The company was founded on July 20, 2006 and is headquartered in Perth, Australia.
