Mr Clark is a 2010 recipient of an Academy Award for Scientific and Technical Achievement as creator of the remote collaboration tool cineSync. His deep understanding of digital film became the foundation for the technology spin-off Rising Sun Research (now Cospective). Mr Clark has served as a board member on the South Australian Film Corporation, is currently on the board of Ausfilm and is an active member of both AMPAS, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and the Visual Effects Society
