Mr O'Sullivan was an M&A and corporate partner at the law firm now known as Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer for 20 years, General Counsel at Commonwealth Bank of Australia for 5 years and Executive Chairman of Credit Suisse Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Asia Pacific for 10 years. He is currently a non-executive director of The Lottery Corporation since October 2022.

Mr Bloom has an extensive 36-year career as a Finance Executive in Australia, Canada and South Africa, with his role as Chief Financial Officer at Scentre Group up until April 2019, having previously served as Deputy Group CFO at Westfield Group. He acts as a consultant to Ki Corporation. Mark is also a nonexecutive Director of AGL Energy Limited, EBOS Group Limited and Metropolitan Memorial Parks.

Ms Herman has experience across property, financial services, retail and manufacturing sectors as a non-executive director. Karen has worked as solicitor with UK magic circle firm, Linklaters, as well as in the structured finance business of Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Recently she spent over 10 years running mergers, acquisitions and operations for the ASX-listed Challenger group balance sheet business. Karen is also currently a Non-executive Director of Cricket New South Wales, Mary House Services Pty Ltd and Kit Bag for Kids Limited.

Mr Berelowitz is an Investment Director at Ki Corporation, a securityholder in SKG and a single-family office, where he is responsible for leading direct investments and driving portfolio value creation across private equity and real assets. Clive has experience in corporate strategy, investment, and operational leadership. Based in the United States, he has knowledge of self-storage markets and industry trends. Previously, Clive served as Chief Executive Officer of American Trade Finance, a direct commercial lender; Vice President at Jetro/Restaurant Depot, a U.S. wholesale foodservice group; and Partner at Grovepoint Capital, where he led control investments in the United Kingdom and Western Europe.
