She has previously held board roles with iSelect, EML Payments, PropertyGuru Group and Shaver Shop. She previously held roles at BB Retail Capital, Woolworths Limited, including Head of Online BIG W, Limited Brands (USA), and has held executive and business development roles across a range of retail and consumer businesses. Earlier in her career, Melanie worked at Bain & Company and Goldman Sachs. She is chair of Risk Committee and member of People Committee.

Ms Jones is a finance executive with more than 25 years' experience across retail, consumer and telecommunications businesses. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Universal Store Holdings, where she played a role in the company's transition to and growth as a listed retailer. Prior to Universal Store, she held senior finance leadership positions with Telstra and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Fantastic Furniture. She brings experience in financial leadership, governance, strategy, capital markets and retail operations. Renee will also join the Risk Committee.

Mr Whiteoak is the founder and Managing Director of Whiteoak77, an Australian private equity firm established in 2016. He is the Chair of Zeus Street Greek and Avolution Software and a non-executive director of Sovereign Capability Group and Status Anxiety. He brings experience across private equity and public markets. Earlier in his career, Richard was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, a fund manager and a medical doctor. He is member of Risk Committee.

Mr Friis is a senior retail executive with over 21 years' experience across global fashion and lifestyle businesses. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Lovisa Group where he was in the brand's global expansion and growth, with a focus on establishing and scaling operations within the United States and other international markets. Dain previously held leadership roles at Adairs Retail Group, MYER and Mr Price Group. He has led businesses across Australia, the United States and South Africa, bringing experience in scaling multi-brand retail platforms.

Mr Oliphant contributes 16 years of foundational knowledge across expansion, brand development and capital deployment. He is chair of People Committee.
