Mr Yates is currently Chairman of AIA Australia. He is also a Director of Mutual Trust and the Australian Japan Business Co-operation Committee (AJBCC), Chairman of the Australian Science Media Centre and the Shared Value Project and a member of the Advisory Board of the Australian American Leadership Dialogue (AALD). Mr Yates held the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Oceania Capital Partners from 2004-2007 and was CEO of Publishing and Broadcasting Limited from 2001-2004. Prior to that, he worked in the investment banking industry including 15 years with Macquarie Bank. He began his career in the Tokyo office of Booz, Allen and Hamilton. Mr Yates was previously Deputy Chairman of The Myer Family Investments where he chaired the Investment Committee, a Director of Linfox Australia, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne, Chairman of the Royal Childrens Hospital Foundation where he established and chaired the Investment Committee, Chairman of the ARC for Quantum Computation and Communication Technology at UNSW and the Centre for Personalised Medicine at the ANU. He was a Director of Asialink, the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Crown Ltd, Foxtel Ltd, The Nine Network, the National Portrait Gallery, The Centre for Independent Studies and the Australia-Japan Foundation.

Ms Gardner has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance. She also advised on mergers, acquisitions and asset sales, focusing on the financial services, property, health and media industries. Ms Gardner has also previously served as a non-executive director and honorary treasurer of charitable organization The Marmalade Foundation Limited. She is the Chair of Risk Committee.

Mr Gibson has more than 30 years of experience in financial markets in Australia and Asia, spending the past 20 years acting as director, investment advisor and consultant for a range of financial groups and organizations. Currently, he is a director of several of the Company's subsidiaries and associates, an advisor to RPG Management (including a range of charitable foundations), and a director and Investment Committee member for Keyview Financial Group. He is a Member of the Risk Committee.

Mr O'Connor has over 30 years of experience in financial markets and asset management and is currently Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of RPL. In addition, he is the director of several of the Company's subsidiaries and associates. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Challenger's Asset Management business and then the company's Funds Management business. He has served as a director on the boards of several listed investment trusts and several of Fidante Partners' boutique asset managers.

Ms Dulhunty was previously a partner in the corporate transactions team at Ashurst and has over 35 years of experience advising in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate and securities law. She was formerly on the board of Ashurst and a Governor of Winnifred West Schools Limited and served as a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel for nine years (during which she served as Acting President) and sat on the AICD Law Committee for 13 years. She is currently a Deputy Chair of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, sits on the board of Parklife Metro and serves on the Risk Committee of The Girls & Boys Brigade. She is a member of the Risk Committee.
