Mr Knox brings commercial background in strategy and fund raising for micro and low capital companies in the oil and gas and mining industries. He has over 35 years of resources experience throughout Australasia, South-East Asia and North America. He provides additional experience in financial and commercial activities, involving acquisitions, Merger and Acquisition (M&A) and capital raisings.

Mr Hutton has over 30 years of experience in both exploration and mining throughout Australia and overseas who has been involved with the discovery and / or delineation of numerous precious and base metal deposits. As MD/CEO of ASX listed exploration companies for over 10 years he also has corporate strategy, business networking and stakeholder engagement skills.

Mr McCubbing has more than 30 years of experience, principally in the areas of accounting, corporate finance and mergers and acquisition. He spent more than 15 years working with ASX200 and other listed companies in senior finance roles, including positions as Finance Director and Chief Finance Officer in mining and industrial companies.

Mr Keane has over 20 years of experience, in the Mineral Resources Industry (both mining and exploration), He has gained experience and exposure in defining and implementing operational, commercial and financial strategies. His career has involved hands-on management of resources companies accounting, information technology, human resources, logistics, supply and contracts and other support services functions, both within Australia and overseas.
