Mr Poynton has decades of advisory and capital markets experience across equity, debt, infrastructure, and property. In parallel with his career as an investment banker, John has also been a non-executive director of ASX-listed companies, government and education bodies and not-for-profit organisations. John is executive chair of Poynton Stavrianou Pty Ltd and is a non-executive director of Perth Airport Pty Ltd. John has served on the boards of ASX, Alinta, Austal, Crown, Fleetwood and Multiplex and for the Federal Government has been a director of EFIC, the Reserve Bank of Australia's Payments System Board and the Higher Education Endowment Fund. John also spent 10 years as a Guardian of Australia's Sovereign Wealth Fund, the Future Fund. In the not-for-profit arena, John has served as chair of the Council of Christ Church Grammar School, Celebrate WA, Giving West and the Foundation of the WA Museum.

Mr Anthon is a Battery Minerals industry experienced. He was the director of Corporate Development for Allkem Limited for over 10 years prior to its merger with Livent to form NYSE listed Arcadium that was subsequently taken over by Rio Tinto for $10B. He was a practicing lawyer for over 30 years with experience in both corporate and commercial law focusing on the resource and energy sectors. Other current directorships include Savannah Resources Plc (AIM:SAV). He is chair of Risk Committee.

Mr Holland is a mining executive with over 12 years' experience in M&A and corporate finance. Mr Holland is the Chairman of Sydney based investment company Holland International Pty Ltd, which has working relationships with institutions and banks across the globe.

Mr McNeilly has formerly been a non-executive director of Greatland Gold plc (AIM:GGP) and a non-executive director at Arkle Resources plc (AIM:ARK). Mr McNeilly serves as director on MTR's investment and subsidiary entities. Mr McNeilly previously worked as a corporate financier with both Allenby Capital and Arden Partners Limited (AIM:ARDN) as well as a corporate executive at Coinsilium (NEX:COIN) where he worked with early stage blockchain-focussed start ups. He is member of Risk Committee.

Mr Miles is a financial market professional who brings experience to the Company, having worked as a stockbroker and fund manager over 18 years. He is experienced in merger and acquisitions across commodities and geological locations. Mr Miles has a track record of helping companies develop from inception to profitable businesses.
