    About Qualitas

    Qualitas Ltd. engages in real estate management services. It operates in Funds Management and Direct Lending segments. The Funds Management segment includes the core funds management activities; funds management and performance fees; and dividends and distributions from the firm's co-investments. The Direct Lending segment relates to the interest income and expense relating to activities undertaken by the wholly-owned entities Arch Finance and Peer Estate and includes costs directly attributable to Arch Finance and Peer Estate. The company was founded by Andrew Schwartz and Mark Fischer in 2008 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
