Mr Brinsden has nearly 30 years of experience across surface and underground mining operations, spanning mine management, production, brownfield and greenfield development, and executive and board leadership across multiple commodities.

Mr Jennings has 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive and corporate restructuring specialist. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Generation Mining Limited, which is developing a palladium-copper project in Marathon, Ontario. Over his career, he has held CFO roles at several public junior mining and technology companies and previously spent nine years with Ernst & Young as Vice-President of Corporate Restructuring, where he was involved in multiple Canadian restructurings.

Mr Way is an international executive with over 35 years of experience in the resources and construction industries across Australasia, Canada, the United States, and Europe. He has worked with a range of commodities, including gold, copper, nickel, zinc, magnesium, graphite, cobalt, and lithium. From 2020 to 2024, he served as CEO, President, and Executive Director of Patriot Battery Metals. Before that, Mr. Way held senior executive roles with several public junior explorers, including the company that became Patriot Battery Metals. He was VP of Project Development for TSX-listed Ventana Gold in Colombia and previously served as Project Director and President of OceanaGold Philippines. Earlier in his career, he was a Project Manager with resource companies such as BHP, Hatch Engineering, and Korea Zinc.

Ms Desrochers is a certified Director with over 25 years of experience in ESG strategy, communications, and stakeholder engagement across the mining sector. She has held senior leadership roles with Agnico Eagle Mines, Canadian Malartic Partnership, and O3 Mining, and played a role in advancing government, Indigenous, and community partnerships on Canadian mining projects. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Patriot Battery Metals. She is also a member of several mining and governance boards, including the Autorites des marches financiers Mining Advisory Committee.

Mr Boivin has over 40 years of experience in business law, particularly in the natural resources sector. He has spent the past 23 years at McCarthy Tetrault, where he is Counsel, National Leader of the Africa Group, and Quebec Leader of the Global Metals and Mining Group. He has served on numerous boards, including Export Development Canada and FinDev Canada. He is a member of the Governance Committee of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.

Mrs Cote has over 27 years of international experience in exploration, technical services, and operational leadership. She held senior roles at Xstrata and Glencore, where she became the company's Industrial Lead overseeing global zinc and lead assets, and has served on the boards of Kazzinc and Trevali Mining, chairing Trevali's Technical Committee. She brings operational expertise and firsthand experience managing capital-intensive mining projects across multiple jurisdictions.
