    Parkd Ltd is an Australian company which is specialized in modular parking system known as the Parkd Car Park System. The Parkd Car Park System includes three precast concrete elements and is designed for single or multi rise arrangements for up to 6 levels including ground level. It supplies and constructs the Parkd Car Park System for various markets for use as permanent and temporary car parking structures. He was responsible for establishing SRG's overseas operations in Asia, the United Kingdom, the Middle East and South Africa. He brings many strong global relationships from the construction industry, as well as extensive corporate and ASX experience to PARKD. He is member of the Risk Committee.

    Mr Martin is a successful businessman and accomplished company director with over 25 years' experience across a broad range of sectors including, mining and mining services, manufacturing and capital markets. Mr. Martin has a profound insight into corporate strategy, capital operation, management integration and business structures and efficiencies. Mr Martin previously owned and operated a large and highly successful mining services business with offices in multiple jurisdictions globally. After multiple years of growth-on-growth revenue, profitability and expansion the company was acquired by a prominent Perth business. Mr Howson is President and a life member of the East Perth Football Club and the Western Australian Football League. He was awarded honorary life membership of Rocky Bay for his support of the charity.     Mr McUtchen is the founder and original owner of the intellectual property incorporated in the PARKD Car Park System including the Continuously Voided Beams and recently developed metal deck support bracket. Peter has worked in the construction industry for 20 years' specialising in the delivery of consulting and construction services for large scale commercial and residential projects. His experience in the technical education of markets and establishment of companies in new regions and sectors is extensive both nationally and internationally and he is regarded as a subject matter expert on post tensioned structures and construction methodology. Mr McUtchen is a National Councillor of the Concrete Institute of Australia, member of the Curtin University Civil and Mechanical School Industry Advisory Commitee and a board member of the Curtin University School of Engineering.
