About Paladin Energy Ltd

Paladin Energy Ltd is engaged in the production of uranium, and it operates through its various projects that are located in Australia and Africa. The operating segments of the group are Exploration, Namibia, Australia, and Malawi. The segment activity in Namibia and Malawi is the production and sale of uranium from the mines located in these geographic regions. The projects of the company include Langer Heinrich Mine, Kayelekera, Mount Isa, Michelin, and Manyingee among others. The group has business operations in Australia and internationally.

Mr Lawrenson's previous roles include Managing Director of Atlas Iron Ltd from January 2017 to October 2018 when the company was acquired by Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd. Prior to this, he led several ASX listed companies through stages of development. Mr Lawrenson held the position of Group Chief Executive Officer of GRD Ltd from 2006 to 2009, GRD Ltd incorporated GRD Minproc Ltd, OceanaGold Ltd and Global Renewables. Prior to joining GRD Ltd, Mr Lawrenson was a senior executive and vice president of CMS Energy Corporation in the United States of America and Singapore for seven years. An investment banking career preceded the above. Currently he is Director of Pacific Energy Pty Ltd and Onsite Rentals Group. Ms Holzberger has over 20 years' experience in the energy and resources sector. Her non-executive director experience covers the ASX, corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. Mr Main is a mining and finance professional with experience spanning more than 30 years. During that time, Mr Main has has gained working knowledge in financial markets around the mining sector and industry experience. During his career Mr Main has spent 13 years in a in the mining industry from operations through to CEO of a TSX-V listed mining company, obtaining experience across facets of the industry. He spent 20 years in finance, more recently in an advisory capacity to the mining and finance industries. Prior to that Mr Main worked for investment banks. He has managed the Royal Bank of Canada's (RBC) Australian equity sales and trading business for 11 years and also RBC's regional business. Mr Main also spent six years at Hartley Poynton as a mining analyst and almost nine years full time service in the Australian Army. He was a former Director of Rizal Resources. He is a chairman of Risk Committee and a member of the Governance and Sustainability Committee.

Ms Palmer has over 25 years of industry experience providing audit and assurance services on company listings, mergers, acquisitions and takeovers and experience in auditing international mining companies. Ms Palmer is a council member of the Association of Mining & Exploration Companies (AMEC) and a non-executive director and company secretary of the Perth Symphony Orchestra.
