Mr Chua has experience in management and finance, having built his career across various leadership and advisory roles. He has been involved in the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives across different sectors.

Mr Barns has mining experience and has been as a non-executive director of a number of companies (previously listed and non-listed) in the mineral exploration sector, including among others, Republic Gold Ltd, Richmond Mining and Australian American Mining Corporation NL. He was, from 2000-02, the inaugural CEO of the former gold industry body, the Australian Gold Council and was, until last year a director of a private agri-business labour hire company. He is also a member of the Tasmanian, Victorian, Western Australian and New Zealand Bars. Greg was chief of staff and senior adviser to several federal and various state MPs and ministers from 1989-99. He was National President of the Australian Lawyers Alliance in 2011-12.

Mr Allen has managed his own accounting practice since 1991, operating in both Kalgoorlie-Boulder and Perth. He has been involved in the mining sector for more than 20 years through direct participation and family prospecting interests. He brings extensive commercial experience in mining matters and a focus on sustainable environmental practices and practical carbon reduction initiatives within the industry.

Mr Percy was born in Kalgoorlie, where his family ran the Federal Hotel for over 60 years. He practiced law in Kalgoorlie for a decade after completing his articles and became a partner in Lalor & Co in 1981 before later practicing independently. He joined the Western Australian Bar Association in 1984 and was appointed Queen's Counsel in December 1997. He has been involved in numerous criminal trials, appeals, and mining litigation cases, including those before the Warden's Court.

Mr Razali served as Group Chief Financial Officer and later as Chief Executive Officer of AirAsia between 2001 and 2007. He has also been a director of a Malaysia-listed company and Executive Chairman of a private property development group.
