Mr D'Anna has primary and secondary capital markets experience and has experience in resource exploration, public company operations, administration and financial management. Mr D'Anna has experience in Canadian Government and First Nations relations in the mining sector and has worked in jurisdictions including Australia, Botswana, Namibia and Canada. In addition, Mr D'Anna has been involved in the exploration and development of many projects including new discoveries and development of existing discoveries.

Ms Stevenson is a company director with experience in financial management in the mining sector and junior exploration companies. Ms Stevenson has held senior finance executive roles with The Griffin Group and the Australian Taxation Office.

Mr Sills has a global network and a distinguished 28-year career in critical materials (predominantly lithium and rare earths). Mr Sills is currently Managing Director of Lithium Springs Limited. He has previously held senior operational roles at Essential Metals (ASX: ESS), Core Lithium (ASX: CXO) and Rio Tinto (ASX: RIO).

Mr Fitzhenry has 20 years experience, beginning his career with Anglo Platinum on the Bushveld Complex in South Africa and has subsequently worked on mining and exploration projects throughout Africa including Central African Republic, Liberia, Madagascar, Mozambique, Nigeria, Mauritania, Tanzania, Namibia and Malawi as well as Saudi Arabia in the Middle East. He has held senior management positions, leading teams across all aspects of exploration, development and feasibility studies He was most recently a Senior Geologist for Sovereign Metals (ASX:SVM).
