Mineral Commodities Ltd. is a global mining and development company with a focus on the development of mineral deposits within the industrial and battery minerals sectors. It is a mining company executing two business strategies focused on the production of Heavy Mineral Sands and Natural Flake Graphite concentrates. The company currently operates the: Tormin Mineral Sands Operations in South Africa and Skaland Graphite Operations in Norway. It also engages in developing the Munglinup Flake Graphite Project. The company operates through following segments: Mineral Sands mining and production, Mineral Sands exploration, Graphite mining and production, Exploration activities in Australia, Exploration activities in Iran and Corporate which includes the company's projects and marketing and sales of finished products. Mineral Commodities was founded on March 26, 1970 and is headquartered in Welshpool, Australia.
