Mr Pismiris has over 30 years of experience in the securities, finance and mining industries. Since 1990, Mr Pismiris has served as a director and company secretary for various ASX listed companies as well as a number of unlisted public and private companies. Mr Pismiris has participated numerous times in the processes by which boards have assessed the acquisition and financing of a diverse range of assets and has participated in and become familiar with the range of evaluation criteria used and the due diligence processes commonly adopted in the commercial assessment of corporate opportunities. Mr Pismiris' other current directorships include Agrimin Limited, Bubalus Resources Limited, and Sunshine Metals Limited. Mr Pismiris was formerly a director of Lanthanein Resources Limited, Javelin Minerals Limited and Pacton Gold Inc. (TSX-V).

Mr Rathie is a non-executive director of over 20 years prior careers in law and finance. His legal career included being a partner of a private law firm and then Senior Corporate Counsel to Robert Holmes a Courts Bell Resources Limited in the 1980s. He spent the 1990s as an investment banker in Sydney, predominantly at Salomon Brothers and then Salomon Smith Barney. Bruce has been a professional director since 2000 in roles with ASX listed and unlisted companies predominantly in the financial services, biotechnology and technology sectors. He is currently a non-executive director of ASX 200 company PolyNovo Limited (ASX:PNV), ASX 300 Cettire Limited (ASX:CTT) and Chairman of ASX listed CleanSpace Holdings Limited (ASX:CSX). Previously, he has been a non-executive director of ASX listed companies 4DMedical Limited (chair), Netlinkz Limited, Compumedics Limited, Anteo Diagnostics Limited (chair), USCOM Limited, Mungana Goldmines Limited and Datadot Technology Limited (chair).

Mr Stalley is a senior executive. Initially, as a consultant/business adviser working across major professional services firms (Kearney, Andersen, EY and Deloitte) More recently, Geoff has transitioned to executive and Board roles with operational and oversight responsibilities for key aspects of business activities in global and Australian listed companies. Geoffs senior operational experience includes his recent role as the Chief Executive Officer (interim) for Booktopia (ASX:BKG). With the appointment of the new CEO Geoff has now retired from full time employment. Previously. Prior to this Geoff was the Chief Growth Officer for Serco Asia Pacific, a global public sector service provider. Geoffs professional services roles have also included Managing or Lead Partner positions. In addition to his corporate roles, Geoff is a member of the Council for Southern Cross University; a member of the Board of Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, a member of the Advisory Board for NSW Public Service Commission; Chair of Exent Consulting, NED at Sapien Group and previously a NED and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at iSelect (ASX:ISU).

Ms Jensen is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of Capital Markets experience, with proven track record of driving growth and overseeing operations. Ms. Jensen leadership played a role in navigating Stockhouse through growth phases, culminating in the acquisition of Stockhouse Publishing Ltd in 2019 by The Market Herald Limited. Rising from Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Stockhouse Publishing to Chief Operating Officer of The Market Herald Limited, she has led teams and delivered results. Ms. Jensen is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Course and has acted as an Independent Director for numerous publicly listed companies in Canada. Ms. Jensen was formerly a director of Rock Edge Resources Ltd., First American Uranium Inc., Durango Resources Inc., Golden Lake Exploration Inc., American Copper Development Corporation and 79 Resources Ltd.
