    Magontec Ltd. engages in the manufacture of magnesium alloys. It includes magnesium alloy production, recycling, and production of catholic corrosion protection products. It operates through the following segments: Admin Units, Europe (EUR), and People's republic of China (PRC). The Admin Unites segment includes Magontec administrative entities performing a head office function. The EUR segment consists of operating entities in Europe. The PRC segment comprises of operating entities in the People's Republic of China. The company was founded in 1953 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.

Since January 2014 he has been acting as an independent adviser to various corporate clients and businesses. He is the chairperson of Finance and Compliance Committee and a member of Business Risk Committee.
