Mr Jewson has 18 years of experience across small and large mining and exploration companies, operating in a variety of jurisdictions, and focused on a range of commodities. He identified and was a confounder of the iron ore portfolio strategy initially for Macro. Mr Jewson has worked across a variety of deposit styles and scales within the iron ore sector of Western Australia. He has conducted both corporate and technical roles within the mining and exploration sectors inclusive of due diligence, business development, exploration management, acquisitions/divestment and corporate structuring.

Mr Lawson has more than 15 years of exploration, production and management experience in gold and base metals. He has previously held senior geology roles at Australian gold producer Northern Star Resources Limited where, as Chief Geologist - Paulsens and then group Principal Mine Geologist, he was a founding member of the team which built the business from a junior explorer to a multi-mine gold producer. Mr Lawson specialises in resource asset identification and the rejuvenation of operating mines

Mr Poole brings a wealth of experience as a technical geologist. He has record in developing and rejuvenating mineral assets with numerous ASX listed companies.

Mr Puil is the Managing Partner of RIVI Capital LLC, a private equity firm in precious metals. With over 25 years of experience in the resource investment sector, he brings a wealth of expertise as a former fund manager and investment analyst. Throughout his career, Mr Puil has held senior roles at several firms. At Bolder Investment Partners (now Haywood Securities), he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager, and later, he held the position of Senior Analyst of natural resources at the Encompass Fund. In addition to his investment acumen, Mr Puil has experience in corporate governance, having served as an independent director for multiple mining companies. Mr Puil is also an Independent Director of Dakota Gold.
