Mr Bosnjakovic has profession with strong networks, business and political links in the Balkans and is resident of Bosnia Herzegovina.

Mr Tomasevic brings over ten years of international experience in advising resource companies on financial strategies, mineral assets acquisitions and project development. Petar is the Managing Director of Vert Capital. Most recently, Mr Tomasevic was a Director at Fenix Resources Ltd (ASX: FEX), a iron ore producer based in Western Australia. He currently serves as Non-Executive Director for both GTI Energy Ltd (ASX: GTR), an emerging Uranium exploration and development company with assets in Wyoming, US and Regenerate Resources Ltd (ASX: R8R), a gold explorer in Western Australia.

Ms Sloboda is a mining executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Ms Sloboda is a current Non-Executive Director of Elixir Energy Ltd, an oil and gas developer. Ms Sloboda brings to the Board solid commercial acumen, having being involved in international negotiations of offtake agreements, joint ventures, projects acquisitions and stakeholders engagement. Previously, she held positions in private mineral exploration ventures, Trans-Tasman Resources Ltd and Red Citadel Resources Pty Ltd, as well as senior financial roles in various blue chip organisations including Deloitte in Germany, Lehman Brothers JV in Luxembourg, Clough Ltd and Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia. Ms Sloboda currently serves as an Advisory Committee Member, Maritime Archaeology, at the Western Australian Maritime Museum.

Mr Stevanovic has 19 years of experience in Australia, Europe and Africa. Previously, he has held senior and management roles for tier one and junior mining companies, including Gold Fields Ltd in Western Australia. Mladen brings knowledge of the geological discoveries in Balkan region.
