Mr Goyder is a mining executive with over 49 years experience in the resources industry. He has been involved in the formation and management of several publicly listed companies focused on mineral exploration and development. Mr Goyder has experience in capital raising within both the Australian and international markets.He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of DevEx Resources Limited, Non-Executive Chairman of Minerals 260 Limited, Non-Executive Director of entX Limited (not listed) and was previously Non-Executive Chairman of Chalice MininG Limited.

Ms Morris is a corporate executive and Non-Executive Director with experience advising corporations and government entities on strategy development, governance, business transformation, human capital, and the implementation of environment, social, and governance policies. She gained further insights into performance through her career in elite sport. She is a former partner of Deloitte, where her career spanned more than 10 years working across the mining, government, and transport sectors. She was also previously a Marketing Analyst for Rio Tinto Iron Ore. She is member of Risk Committee and Sustainability Committee.

Ms Collins currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Generation Development Group (ASX: GDG). In addition, Ms Collins brings direct resources and energy sector exposure, having served as a Non-Executive Director of Amplitude Energy (ASX: AEL) (formerly Cooper Energy), a gas producer with production and development assets in the Otway and Gippsland basins, and as a Non-Executive Director of Peak Resources (ASX: PEK) (now Peak Rare Earths). She has also chaired the boards of Hotel Property Investments Limited and Pacific Smiles Limited. At KPMG in Switzerland, she served as Director of Audit Services, managing a US GAAP conversion for ABB Group and acting as Global Client Services Manager for Syngenta during a merger transaction. Ms Parker is a lawyer and Non-Executive Director with over 25 years' experience in the infrastructure, energy, and resources sectors. She was a partner in national and global law firms, where she specialised in procurement and delivery of construction, engineering, energy, and mining projects across several jurisdictions, and was part of the leadership group overseeing business strategy and growth. She has worked in legal and commercial roles that covered business planning and strategy, risk management, change management, corporate governance, and sustainability. She is Chair of the Sustainability Committee and member of Risk Committee.

Mr Ottaviano is a mining executive with over 30 years' experience leading operations across Australia, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Africa. He has held executive roles with BHP and Rio Tinto, working in operations, mergers and acquisitions, project delivery, and business transformation programs, most recently as Group Performance and Improvement Officer with BHP Limited.

Mr McLeay is a mining engineer and manager in the resource sector with over 30 years' experience. He has worked in starting up and operating mines of varying scale, with responsibilities that have included project management, team development, and overseeing operational ramp-up to steady-state production. He has experience in operational site management, predominantly in gold and base metal hard rock mines, prior to founding Entech. He is member of Risk Committee and Sustainability Committee.
