Gary is a principal and part owner of Strategic Metallurgy Pty Ltd, which specialises in metallurgical strategic consulting and the creation of new technology businesses. He is Member of Risk & Sustainability Committee.

Mr Rodda has around 30 years of private practice, in-house legal, company secretarial and corporate experience. Mr Rodda has practical experience in the management of local and international mergers and acquisitions, divestments, exploration and project joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate and project financing transactions and corporate restructuring initiatives. Prior to its 2007 takeover by Norilsk Nickel, Mark held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for LionOre Mining International Ltd, a Top 10 nickel producer globally with operations in Australia and Africa and listings on the TSX, LSE and ASX. He is Member of Risk & Sustainability Committee.

Mr Walsh is a resources industry executive, mining engineer and geophysicist with over 35 years of experience working for mining and exploration companies, and investment banks in mining-related roles. Joe has equity capital market experience and has been involved with the technical and economic evaluation of many mining assets and companies around the world.

Ms Thomas is Chair of Risk & Sustainability Committee. She has more than 30 years of banking and mine finance experience and is currently the Principal of Conseil Advisory Services Inc. (Conseil), an independent financial advisory firm specialising in the natural resource industry which she founded in 2000. Prior to founding Conseil, Cynthia worked with Bank of Montreal, Scotiabank and ScotiaMcLeod in the corporate and investment banking divisions.
