Mr Pinkerton became a director of Range Resources Corporation in 1988 and was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2008. He joined Range as President in 1990 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 1992. In 2012, Mr. Pinkerton retired as CEO and stepped down as Chairman on January 1, 2015. Mr. Pinkerton remains a director of Range. Previously, Mr. Pinkerton served in various capacities at Snyder Oil Corporation for twelve years, including the position of Senior Vice President. During his 27-year tenure at Range Resources, Mr. Pinkerton was responsible for guiding it from its small cap origins to be the 13 billion dollar enterprise it is today with a pre-eminent position in the Marcellus Shale, the US' most attractive unconventional gas basin. As CEO, Mr. Pinkerton transformed the company by establishing the technical expertise to enable a drilling-led strategy complemented by bolt-on acquisitions where synergies would enhance growth. This resulted in a rapid and impressive increase in the scale of the business, and seven consecutive years of double-digit growth in both production and reserves (adjusted for debt). Since 2004, he focused the company on its spread of acreage and reserves in the Marcellus Shale, which is unparalleled in the industry and where the company continues to set new record production rates. Mr. Pinkerton has widespread skill in the management, acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas properties-including related corporate financing activities-hedging, risk analysis and the evaluation of drilling programs. He has represented represented the industry in policy matters, serving on the executive committee of America's Natural Gas Alliance. He is a US citizen.

Mr Wells has worked in the oil and gas sector for the past 8 years both as a Chief Operating officer and as a company secretary.

Mr Lambilliotte is co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Ecofin Limited, a specialist fund manager in equity, utilities and infrastructure. Prior to co-founding Ecofin Limited in 1992, Mr Lambilliotte was an investment manager with Pictet & Cie., private bankers, in Geneva and London, where he was responsible for the development of sector funds, having previously been an investment banker with Swiss Bank Corporation in London and Paris, and with Drexel Burnham Lambert in London. He sits on the Boards of Hamon S.A., an international power engineering group based in Belgium, and Integradora de Servicios Petroleros Oro Negro SAPI de CV, an oil services company based in Mexico.

Dr Rowland is Director of Special Situations in Ecofin Limited, responsible for initiating and monitoring unlisted investments. Prior to joining Ecofin in 2006, Dr Rowland formed and led top-ranked sector specialist equity research teams over a 20 year period at several investment banks, including Merrill Lynch and Dresdner Klienwort Benson. Apart from his career as a research analyst, he spent time setting up an alternative generator to buy coal-fired power stations in 1993. He is a British citizen. He is a member of Risk management committee.

Mr Bracken's direct experience as an oil and gas executive comes from his tenure at Gerrity Oil & Gas Corp, a NYSE listed exploration and production company focused in the DJ Basin. As Chief Financial Officer and a Director, Mr Bracken was responsible for corporate budgeting and development, equity and debt financing in public and private offerings, and acquisitions and divestitures. During Mr Bracken's tenure Gerrity's market valuation grew four-fold, and was subsequently merged into Patina Energy. Mr Bracken has experience in corporate budgeting and finance, public and private equity and debt financing, mergers & acquisitions and oil and gas producing property divestitures. During Mr Bracken's time working in investment banking at Jeffries & Company, Inc. and Sunrise Securities, he led over $5 billion of oil and gas transactions, spanning from public and private equity and debt offerings, to joint venture in the Haynesville Shale to the first-ever purchase of a publicly traded oil and gas company by private equity. He is a US citizen.

Mr Lockwood is Partner and Vice President of NewTech Global Ventures ("NewTech"), an oil and gas engineering and operations management company active in US unconventional shale basins. Prior to joining NewTech, Mr Lockwood served in supervisory and management capacities for Union Pacific Resources and Champlin Petroleum Company. Mr Lockwood has over 37 years of technical experience and up-to-date practical knowledge. He is a US citizen.
