Mr Purnamasidi is an executive at the Salim Group and a representative for KMP Investments Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Salim Group. He is responsible for managing the Salim Group's investments in Australia. The Salim Group is a multinational business group which owns interests in the mining, food products, agribusiness, retail, automobile, banking and financial and property sectors. Mr Purnamasidi is the Managing Director of Mach Energy Australia Pty Ltd and Rex Minerals Pty Ltd. Mach Energy owns the Mt Pleasant coal operation in the Hunter Valley region, New South Wales whilst Rex Minerals is undertaking the development of the Hillside Copper Project in South Australia.

Mr Hutchinson brings more than 15 years' board experience and over 30 years' senior executive experience, with a background in finance, governance and listed companies. His board experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Korvest Ltd (ASX: KOV) an engineering and industrial products group; Non Executive Director at construction business, Depa Group PLC (Nasdaq Dubai: DEPA) and inaugural Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Benthic Geotech Pty Ltd, an offshore marine geotechnical investigation and survey company. He brings more than 25 years of C-suite experience, including as Chief Financial Officer of Al-Futtaim Contracting, Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C. (QSE: IGRD), EFS Facilities Services Group and Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG (MSX: GECS), and as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of AusGroup Limited (SGX: 5GJ). He has also held several committee and advisory roles including: Middle East Advisory Committee Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and current Advisory Board Member to businesses in the digital workflow-automation and allied aesthetic medical services sectors. Mr Hutchinson is Chair the Risk Committee.

Mr Gerard has over 40 years' experience in the resources industry, both domestically and abroad, in technical, operational, commercial and executive management roles. His career has included roles as Strategy and Global Business Development Executive for Xstrata Coal, Chief Operating Officer for Xstrata Coal's operations in the Americas and Xstrata Coal South Africa. Following Glencore's 2013 merger with Xstrata, Mr Gerard served as Chief Development Officer for Glencore Coal and then as CEO of TSX-listed Katanga Mining, a subsidiary of Glencore, and as head of Glencore's assets in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Following his retirement from Glencore in 2020, Mr Gerard established a management consulting business providing services to domestic and international companies in the areas of business strategy, technical evaluations, funding, investment and divestments.

Mr Gell has over 40 years' experience in the construction industry having delivered projects in civil and municipal infrastructure, ferrous and non-ferrous metal minerals processing, petrochemical, mining and industrial sectors. His responsibilities have included project management, business development, contract negotiations and leading business units charged with delivery of mineral processing plants and related facilities. Mr Gell's career has included roles as General Manager for Mining and Metals - Eastern Region for Ausenco, Director of Projects for QCoal as well as positions with Leighton Asia and Leighton Contractors. In 2014, Mr Gell established a company providing management advisory services in the areas of civil infrastructure, mining infrastructure, contract mining and process plant design, construction, commissioning and operations.

Ms Deguara is a director and executive with over 20 years experience, specifically: Board Experience: Currently serves as Independent NED at Tennis Queensland (Chair - Governance Committee) and Jabiru Community Services (Chair - Risk Committee). Previous roles include Executive Director at MP Saudi Arabia Company and Non-Executive Director at Axiom Project Services and Golden West Apprenticeships. Committee & Advisory Roles: Independent Member of the Audit & Risk Committee at the Residential Tenancies Authority (Qld), and Independent Board Advisor role at Complex Electrical (CE Group). Executive Leadership: Former Executive General Manager, General Counsel, and Company Secretary at MPC Kinetic, leading corporate services, governance, risk, human resources, and M&A activities, including two ASX IPOs. Earlier roles include senior legal and commercial positions at Golding Contractors, Connell Wagner (now Aurecon), Ansaldo STS Australia (now Hitachi Rail STS) and the Queensland Department of Premier & Cabinet. Additionally, Lindi is Managing Director of her own advisory firm and incorporated legal practice, Strategic & Commercial Outcomes, advising energy, infrastructure, and resources projects.
