Mr Reilly has over 25 years' experience in corporate advisory work and insolvency with experience in the mining, banking and finance industries. Mr Reilly worked with Coopers & Lybrand in Perth before establishing his own accounting practice in 1997. Mr. Reilly also has extensive experience in the mining, banking and finance industries in an advisory capacity. Mr Reilly was a director of Harvest Minerals Limited, Valor Resources Limited, Black Star Petroleum Limited and of Bos Global Holdings Limited (formerly Forte Energy NL).

Mr Kasian has worked in both domestic and international companies encompassing senior leadership, strategy, investment and risk roles. Dr Kasian is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has held senior leadership positions in a number of investment groups including Chief Investment Officer at HSBC Asset Management, Head of HSBC Global Financial Team; Founding Director of Accordius and Founding Director of Wallara Asset Management.

Mr Ireland has over 40 years of experience in the information and communications technology industry, including 34 years with Unisys and has experience in the sale of enterprise solutions to Financial, Commercial and Government. Mr Ireland held numerous management and leadership roles with the Federal Government and Unisys, retiring from Unisys in 2021 after 8 years as Sales Director for Asia Pacific and Japan, and a member of the Executive Team.

Ms Penney is a London-based British national with background in senior executive roles and of experience spanning over 30 years, Ms Penney brings strategic, commercial and industry expertise to IODM's Board of Directors. More recently, Ms Penney has held executive positions in renowned global financial companies, including America Express and Convera formerly Western Unions Business Solutions where she served as Vice President Payment Products (2018-2022) and was primarily responsible for delivering corporate payments across the UK and Europe. Ms Penney currently services as a Board Trustee on both Tempo Time Credits and Clothing Collective, focused on delivering strategic change management, profitability enhancement, business development and creating long-term growth strategies.
