Mr Mike has experience across FMCG, supply chain, and logistics companies. He has held senior roles at Coca-Cola Amatil Limited, including Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Managing Director of Coca-Cola Amatil Poland. He was also Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Brambles Limited before becoming CEO until his retirement in 2009. He serves on the Boards of Ampol Limited, Scentre Group Limited, and the mentoring organisation Kilfinan Australia, and was formerly a Non-Executive Director of CSR Limited. He is Chair of the Finance Committee and member of the People Committee.

Ms Bardo Nicholls has more than 25 years' experience as a non-executive director and chair of large ASX-listed companies, government business enterprises, private firms, and not-for-profit organisations. Her executive career was in banking, insurance, and funds management in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. She is currently Chair of Melbourne Health (operating as Royal Melbourne Hospital), and a Non-Executive Director of Medibank Private Limited and Museums Board of Victoria. She was formerly Chair of Japara Healthcare Limited and Keolis Downer, and Director of Fairfax Media Limited. She is member of Finance, Risk and Sustainability, People Committee.

Ms Nash started her career in finance with the Certified Institute of Management Accountancy. She transitioned to a marketing career spanning more than 20 years and three industries: consumer packaged goods, publishing and media, and quick service restaurants. She was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for McDonald's Australia and New Zealand before becoming Chief Operating Officer for McDonald's Australia. She is currently an independent Non-Executive Director of Metcash Limited and Ampol Limited and was formerly a Non-Executive Director of Blackmores Limited, Pacific Brands Limited, and Southern Cross Media Group Limited. she is also Member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee.

Ms Haseltine has more than 30 years of business experience across manufacturing, supply chains, and logistics, with experience in product, brand, strategy, risk, change management, and governance. She spent 20 years with Mars Inc, including five years as CEO of Mars Food Australia (formerly Masterfoods Australia New Zealand). She currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Metcash Limited, Kennards Hire Pty Limited, The Real Pet Food Company, and Active Tree Services. She is Chair of the Risk and Sustainability Committee.

Mr Longstaff had a 25-year career in investment banking, holding managing director and senior executive roles at top-tier global firms. He advised the boards and CEOs of leading Australian and international companies on strategic mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. More recently, he served as Senior Advisor to a Federal Cabinet Minister in trade, investment, and finance portfolios. He is Chair of the People Committee and Member of the Finance Committee.

Mr Rob has 40 years' experience in the FMCG and agribusiness sectors, including more than 25 years in CEO and managing director roles for companies including Dairy Farmers Pty Limited, Goodman Fielder Limited (Meadow Lea and consumer goods divisions), Viterra Inc, and Ricegrowers Limited. He is currently a member of the Rabobank Agribusiness Advisory Board and a Board member of the AgriFood Innovation Institute of ANU. He has also served as Non-Executive Deputy Chair of the Australian Food and Grocery Council and as a Member of Gresham Private Equity Advisory Board. He is member of the Finance Committe

Mr Alexander joined Inghams in 2015 and has held several leadership roles across operations, sales, corporate development, strategy, integrated business planning, and commercial finance. In 2020, he was appointed Chief Strategy Officer. In 2022, he became Chief Executive, New Zealand. He has more than 15 years of experience in risk management, corporate strategy, change management, and sales and operations planning, including previous roles at Aon Risk Solutions and Ernst & Young.
