Mr Simon serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Van Eck Associates Corporation, Van Eck Securities Corporation and Van Eck Absolute Return Advisers Corporation. Mr Neiron experience in asset management across a range of asset classes, his passion lies in designing investment solutions and is a pioneer of smart beta strategies in Australia. Prior to joining VanEck, Arian was a partner at boutique asset management advisory firm Sunstone Partners and was previously at Perpetual Investments, Credit Suisse and MLC.

Mr Brown has held regulatory roles at Perpetual, MLC and BT as well as being a partner and CFO at boutique asset management advisory firm Sunstone Partners. Michael is known in the industry for the role he has played in tax reform going back over three decades.

Mr Eck serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and an owner of Van Eck Associates Corporation. Furthering VanEck's mission to anticipate asset classes and trends, Jan has created smart beta, tactical allocation, emerging markets and commodity-related investment strategies. Jan founded VanEck's ETF business in 2006. He has registrations with the National Futures Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Jan is also a Director of the National Committee on United States-China Relations.
