He has vast experience in operating laboratory focused businesses in the Environmental, Food, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Minerals, Energy and Industrial sectors in more than seventy countries in Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia, and North and South America. Mr Kilmister was a Director of ALS Limited until retirement in July 2017. He is member of Risk Committee and People and Culture Committee.

Mr White joined Viburnum following over three years with Cooper Investors, a privately owned specialist investment manager, where he focused on investment research for the successful CI Australian Equities Fund and CI Brunswick Fund. He previously gained industry experience working for Fletcher Building as a Strategy Analyst and as a Credit Analyst for ratings agency Standard and Poor's.
