It operates through the following segments: Ginger, Macadamias and Tourism. The Ginger segment manufactures in Australia and Fiji of a variety of confectionery ginger and other ginger based products and marketing to industrial, food service and retail customers throughout the world. The Macadamias segment engages in the production and processing in Hawaii of macadamia products and marketing to wholesale and retail customers throughout the world. The Tourism segment engages in the sale of ginger and other retail gift and food products, and the provision of leisure activities within the Australian tourism market. The company was founded in 1941 and is headquartered in Milton, Australia.
