In these roles he has advised on many of the largest and most complex equity capital markets and corporate transactions completed in Australia.

In these roles, he has advised on many of the largest and most complex M&A and equity capital markets and corporate transactions. He is also Chairman of Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, and a Director of the Financial Markets Foundation for Children. He served as a member of UNSW Council for 18 years, retiring in 2025. He is Member of the Investment Committee.
