Heartland Group Holdings Ltd. engages in the provision of financial services. It operates through the following segments: Motor, Reverse Mortgages, Other Personal, Business, Rural, Australia, and Other. The Motor segment focuses on motor vehicle finance. The Reverse Mortgages segment caters reverse mortgage lending in New Zealand. The Other Personal segment includes term, transactional, and personal loans to individuals. The Business segment comprises of term debt, plant and equipment finance, commercial mortgage lending, and working capital solutions for small-to-medium sized businesses. The Rural segment specializes in farming sector primarily offering livestock finance, rural mortgage lending, seasonal and working capital financing, as well as leasing solutions to farmers. The Australia segment consists of reverse mortgage lending and other financial services within Australia. The company was founded on July 19, 2018 and is headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand.
