    About HomeCo Daily Needs REIT

    HomeCo Daily Needs REIT (ASX: HDN) is an Australian property group focused on the ownership, development, and management of Australian shopping centres. The trust owns more than 50 convenience-based shopping centres in five Australian states, targeting neighbourhood retail, large format retail, and health and services sub-sectors.

    Around 80% of the REIT's holdings are in metropolitan markets with each centre anchored by major brands or national companies. The trust's three largest tenants are Woolworths, Wesfarmers, and Coles. The group has no exposure to department stores and very little exposure to discretionary retail and fashion tenants. 

    At last valuation, the REIT's portfolio of assets was worth around $4.7 billion with an occupancy rate of 99%.

SGH also controls one of Australia's privately-owned property portfolios, Spotlight Property Group, and operates a family office engaged in investment and philanthropic activities. With over 13,000 employees and 300 retail outlets across four countries. Zac's focus at SGH includes the oversight of SGH's property development and leasing portfolio. He has over 30 years of retail and property industry experience and a record of site identification and property value creation.

David has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, strategic advisory & consulting and corporate leadership as a Director and CEO. During his 20-year investment banking career, David was Managing Director of UBS Investment Bank for over 15 years and during this time led some of Australia's transactions across corporate M&A, Equity & Debt Capital Markets. Prior to his time at UBS, David reached the position of Vice President, Investment Banking at JP Morgan.
