Mr Rathie is an experienced company director, having completed prior careers in law and investment banking. He practiced as a partner in a legal firm and acted as Senior Corporate Counsel to Bell Resources Limited in the early to mid-1980s. Mr Rathie was Head of the Industrial Franchise Group at Salomon Smith Barney in the late 1990s and led Salomons roles in the Federal Government's privatizations of Qantas, Commonwealth Bank and Telstra. He has over 20 years of experience as a professional non-executive company director. He is a member of the Risk Committee.

Mr Stalley is a senior executive in starting and building the performance of businesses. Initially as a consultant/business adviser working across professional services firms (Kearney, Andersen, EY and Deloitte) where he served many global and Australian businesses. Geoff has now transitioned to executive and Board roles. Geoff's professional services roles have also included Managing or Lead Partner positions with full operational responsibility for various aspects of the business. Mr Logtenberg is the current Chief Financial Officer of Gumtree Australia, Carsguide and Autotrader, and has previously held positions of Global Finance and Strategy Manager at eBay Classifieds Group, and has held positions of Manager of M&A at CRH in Amsterdam. Mr O'Loghlen is currently Managing Director of APAC at Coinbase, a platform for people and institutions to engage with crypto assets. Prior to joining Coinbase, Mr O'Loghlen spent three years at Ant Group where he was Regional Director for Australia and New Zealand between May 2021 and July 2022. Before that, he was Director for Alipay Australia and New Zealand. From March 2016 to July 2018, he was Director - Business Development at Alibaba where he oversaw the onboarding of over 250 ANZ brands onto the Tmall Global e- commerce platform. John also spent five years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, working with telecom, media and technology clients and financial sponsors in London, New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing, where he also worked for former Goldman Sachs Chairman John L. Thornton's advisory business
