Mr Lane has held roles with a number of ASX listed companies and blue-chip companies in Europe and Australasia. He has experience in industries including resources, consumer & industrial products and venture capital. Mr Lane has managed the acquisition of new assets for ASX listed companies and private & public capital raisings including Initial Public Offerings, mergers and Reverse Take Overs, via the ASX.

Mr Tomasevic is the Managing Director of Vert Capital Pty Ltd, a financial services company specialising in mineral acquisition and asset implementation. He has worked with ASX listed companies in marketing and investor relations roles. Mr Tomasevic is fluent in 5 languages and is currently appointed as a French and Balkans language specialist to assist in project evaluation for ASX listed junior explorers.

Mr Baughman has 30+ years' experience advancing minerals projects from grassroots to advanced stage. He has held positions (i.e., Chief Geologist, Chairman, President, Acting CFO, COO) in private & publicly traded mining & mineral exploration companies during his 30-year career. Jim is (QP) on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

Mr Williamson was the General Manager and a director of Cameco Australia up until December 2023. His career with Cameco spanned 13 years and variously. Mr Williamson was involved in obtaining environmental approval for the Kintyre and Yeelirrie uranium projects, including developing and implementing a program of environmental baseline studies, government and community consultation and negotiating land access. Prior to his appointment as General Manager he led the government and regulatory affairs, environmental and radiation safety activities of Cameco in Australia. Prior to his 13 years at Cameco, Simon held roles with minerals industry participants in Australia and the US including various positions at Cliffs, Sons of Gwalia the WA Chamber of Minerals & Energy and WMC where he negotiated the mine closure criteria for a gold project near Sacramento, California.

Mr Hartmann is an executive and technical leader with 20 years of international experience and uranium exploration and project development experience. He first entered into the uranium mining space in 2005, and followed a career path that has included senior technical roles with Strathmore Minerals Corp. and Uranium Resources Inc. He is also a former Principal Consultant at SRK Consulting.Mr Hartmann has also provided uranium ISR services to a number of private equity firms and Asian utility companies looking to invest in both uranium exploration and production in the US. Most recently Mr Hartmann was the V.P. Technical Services for Sweetwater Royalties LLC.
